Official Contest Rules
1. To Enter: No Purchase Necessary to enter or win. Two ways
to enter: Visit Crown Buick at 2121 Clearview Parkway, Metairie
during regular business hours. Fill out the official entry form
and leave in box provided or complete the online entry form at
http://abc26.trb.com/community/contests/ and click on Outdoors
with Don Dubuc Fishing Trip. A purchase will not improve chance
of winning. Entrants must use their own name. Copies or other
mechanical reproductions, facsimiles, entries containing
technical or electronic reproductions, e-mail entries containing
attached files are not eligible and will be rejected. Contest
Sponsors shall not be responsible for entries that are lost,
late, misdirected, garbled, or incompletely received, damaged,
illegible, late, or arrive postage due for any reason, including
by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure,
malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at abc26.com or
elsewhere, will not be eligible. One winner per household and
only one entry from same email address allowed each day of
contest on each site. Failure to comply with official rules will
result in disqualification. Odds of winning depend on number of
entries received.
2. Deadline: The contest begins Wednesday, May 7 and runs
through Sunday, June 1, 2008. All entries must be received by
midnight on Sunday, June 1. Entries left at Crown Buick must be
put in entry box by close of business on Sunday, June 1,
2008.
3. Grand Prize Winner Selection and Notification: One winner
will be selected in a random drawing on or about Monday, June 2,
2008 from all entries received online and at Crown Buick. The
winner will be notified by telephone and/or email. If selected
entry is not eligible, another entry will be chosen and notified.
This will continue until an eligible winner is chosen.
4. Grand Prize: The Grand Prize winner will receive a fishing
charter for 6 with Reel Screamers Guide Service and Cherece IV
Charters on Wednesday July 30, 2008. Charter will leave from
Grand Isle. Charter will fish at offshore structures for a number
of species, then fish at night for tuna and Wahoo. Bait, ice,
fishing gear will be provided. Drinks and sandwiches will be
provided by Crown Buick. Trip will depart at 10 AM July 30th and
return approximately between 10 AM and Noon July 31st. Winner and
guest must provide salt water & fresh water fishing license
and own transportation and/or accommodations to Grand Isle,
tip for charter and any cleaning of fish (approximate value of
trip: $7,000).
5. Eligibility Restrictions: a. This contest is void where
prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Crown Buick, WGNO
ABC26, Tribune Broadcasting (the "Contest Sponsors") and their
subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising agencies, and their
immediate families, are not eligible to win. b. Entrants must be
a resident of Louisiana or Mississippi and 18 years of age or
older in order to win. At least one guest attending must be 21
years of age or older. c. Winners who have won a prize from ABC26
within the last thirty days are ineligible and will be
disqualified.
6. Conditions of Entry: a. Use of Winner's Name: By entering,
each entrant grants permission, without further compensation, The
Contest Sponsors, and their agents and licensees, to use the
entrant's name, voice, photograph, likeness and biographical
material for broadcast and promotional purposes in connection
with the contest. b. Execution of Affidavit and Release: By
entering, each entrant agrees that if selected as the winner,
he/she will sign a release and waiver of liability. The prize
will be forfeited and awarded to another entrant if the winner
and their companion do not execute the prepared form of release
and waiver within thirty days of the contest, or if the selected
winner is not eligible in accordance with these rules. c. Release
Station and Sponsor of Liability: By entering, contestants agree
to release The Contest Sponsors from any claim, loss, liability,
damage or injury of any kind arising from their participation and
the participation companion in the contest or their receipt or
use of the contest prize. d. No Prize Substitutions: No
substitute prizes are available; however, contest sponsors may,
at their discretion, substitute prizes of equal or greater
value.
7. A Copy of the Rules can be obtained by sending a
self-addressed stamped envelope to ABC26, c/o "Go Outdoors with

8. A Copy of Winners can be obtained by sending a
