ABC26/CW38 Children First Honored

ABC26/WB38 Children First Fund of the McCormick Tribune Foundation was honored on Thursday February 9th with the Outstanding Foundation award from the Association of Fundraising Professionals, New Orleans Chapter. This presentation will be part of the National Philanthropy Day celebration. The event was held at 11am at the Audubon Tea Room.
This award acknowledges the outstanding commitment the ABC26/WB38 Children First Fund shows through financial support and through encouragement and motivation of others to take leadership roles toward philanthropy and community. This award is one of the highest achievements a philanthropy foundation can receive.
"We are very pleased to accept this award on behalf of the McCormick Tribune Foundation," said Larry Delia, Tribune Television New Orleans Vice President/General Manager. "Our ABC26/WB38 Children First Fund is proud to offer support to the community in which we all live and work."
