Outdoor Music Concert Series
6:30 to 9:00 p.m. Pontchartrain Vineyards is located at 81250 Hwy. 1082 (Old Military Road) 6.5 miles from its juncture with Hwy. 21 (Military Road) just North of Covington, Louisiana. Gates: open at 5:30 Admission: $10.00/person

YLC Wednesday at the Square
The free concert series runs every Wednesday from April 2nd - June 18th, 5:00pm-7:30pm in Lafayette Square, just off Poydras between St. Charles Avenue and Camp Street across from Gallier Hall.
YLC Wednesday at the Square features one music stage with performances by two different bands each week. There is food and treats from some of New Orleans' most poplar names. There will also be an Artist Village selling various items.

Ogden After Hours
Ogden Museum of Southern Art University of New Orleans, 825 Camp Street, New Orleans. Each Thursday evening, the Ogden Museum is pleased to present "Ogden After Hours," featuring a live musical performance by Southern musicians and interviews by Southern music historians. More than a museum, the Ogden is home to the celebration of southern culture, including the region's unique blend of musical styles and talents.

POPULAR 80'S TRIBUTE BAND, "THE MOLLY RINGWALDS" RETURN TO KENNER'S "MUSIC IN THE PARK" THIS FRIDAY
After a smashing close of the free concerts in 2007, The Molly Ringwalds, come back for the seventh week of this year's Music in the Park, Kenner's free concert series. One of New Orleans' wildest and most popular bands, The Molly Ringwalds will appear in Rivertown's Heritage Park near Third St., Friday, May 16th, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Gates open at 6 p.m.
Music at the Lake
Saturday, May 17th 6:00pm to 9:00pm at the Laketown Meadow, where Williams Blvd. meets Lake Ponchartrain. Come see the popular band Weathered; bring the kids and camp chairs, and enjoy the food and crafts being sold by local vendors.

JUNE 14th - LOUISIANA LEGENDS – CASEY KELLEY & DUKE BARDWELL, native sons of Baton Rouge - combine to present a rare assembly of some of Louisiana's most successful contemporary musical talent. Casey and Duke were original members of the popular Baton Rouge based band, The Greek Fountains, in the 1960's, before moving on to have successful careers in the music industry. They have separately and together toured and performed with and as well as composed for the likes of Elvis Presley, Jose Feliciano, Tom Rush, Kenny Rogers and Dottie West, among others. They will be joined with 2007 Grammy winner Leslie Ellis and Todd Cerney, who along with Casey, are successful songwriters and performers working out of Nashville.
